A New Trick

(i know. i know. more baby. but i just can't help it.)

So two days after she rolled from her back to her tummy, little miss g figured out how to balance! She also just turned six.months.old. This not-so-little baby is such a sweetie. Seriously. A little sweetie peetie.

In other news...we'll be moving in with my mom and dad this week for about a month. We've decided to build an upstairs addition to our home. The decision has not been an easy one or a quick one (like any BIG decision). It does feel right to us. And now that everything is signed I feel like I can breathe and talk about it. I am anxious and excited. All at the same time.

How exciting! Make sure you send us pictures when all is done and during the process. I hope the month flies by for you guys and all goes smoothly! Good luck!

I am so excited for you all. I know how hard it is to squish a family in these small houses. I hope all goes well. Your baby is adorable and it is ok with me if you post about her everyday. I also wanted to say thanks for the visit on Sunday. You are a good friend and I always want to be better after talking to you.

It's when they start sitting up that makes them seem not soooo babyish anymore (at least that's the way it is for me). Then they start crawling and doing things without you :( She's sooo cute and I didn't realize it's already been 6 months! That's exciting about your house! It seems like that's the thing people are doing lately--cheaper than buying a new house and moving (which you're not allowed to do until after I do).

I LOVE the tongue picture. Such a sweetie. I'm afraid I don't get to smoochie that girl enough. I need to work on remedying that.

Good luck with the temporary move. It should be memorable if nothing else :) I am excited to see what the addition looks like. It's hard to believe that such a dramatic change can happen in a month!

Congrats on the home addition! It is a pain while going thru, but well worth it. Let me know if I can help with anything during the process.

Cool! How exciting to have an addition on your home. I bet it will be awesome. I can't believe that Genevieve can sit up. She was just born... wasn't she?
