Chickens, Chickens

So. My grandma and grandpa are visiting family in Texas for Christmas.

Can you guess what we've been doing?

Man. This makes me want to live on a farm. Small and easy to manage, of course. Oh, yes. And I did get that pitchfork for Christmas!

I used to help Maridee gather eggs when we were little and let me tell you, it was ofttimes a daunting task! We would concoct elaborate maneuvers to avoid the scary old hens that would rather pick you apart than let you have their eggs!

How fun! I bet the kiddos love it! Have to say it's a little funny seeing snow on the ground and on the barn! You guys are so good to help out. I have heard G&G say how much they appreciate you guys! You are the best!!

Rayn, I love your blog. It's fun to find out what is happening in everyone's lives. I will defininetly enter in your next giveaway. I'm still pretty new at blogging. Brandon always did it until he got too busy and finally started to teach me. I'll be better at updating.

Well I glad you took care of the Chickens, Grandpa was very worried about his Chickens while he was in Texas!
